We were previously a full-service company. It’s where we cut our teeth and learned what our customers really want, working with them side-by-side. From this we created systems and processes for our method of installation, and honed in on easy to use equipment that works for all types of offices and clients. 

We aren’t able to come to everyone though, which is why we've converted our system into something that works no matter where you are.

If you are really doubting your time or abilities though, we can suggest skills to look for to hire help on platforms like Fiverr or Upwork.

Isn’t AI going to wipe out all human interaction anyway?

How much should I budget for Gear?

We have three budget tiers to accommodate different budgets. When you purchase the Gear Guide or the Guided Setup, you get access to all three lists. If you already have a piece of equipment, you can feel free to continue to use it, although we can’t guarantee the same results as our complete recommended pairings.

Can you help me if this is for my corporate office?

Absolutely! We can work with any type of office.

Can I take down and set back up my equipment if I frequently move from one working space to another?

It’s possible, however, our setups are best to stay in one place. Once we complete our session, you'll learn where everything should go and how to install it so you'll have a better idea of what it takes to move it and if you're technically savvy enough to set it up again in a different location.

If you travel frequently, we would recommend potentially buying two kits of gear, or, purchase duplicates of the clunkier but cheaper items. Reach out to us for more guidance if you need it. 

Do you offer team packages or discounts?

We certainly do, and we love working with teams! Connect with us directly to find out more about team packages, setting up hot desks, or bulk pricing.

What if I have a problem with an item from my Gear?

We get it! Technical difficulties do happen. We’ve chosen brand names that are known for quality. Beyond that, we purchase gear through Amazon, who offer very flexible and customer-friendly return windows and shipping policies. 

We offer two options for gear purchases. You can choose to purchase the gear yourself, and act on warranties or returns directly with the retailer. Product warranties are in your name when purchased either through us or by yourself, and are handled directly with either Amazon or the manufacturer.

We can also purchase gear for you (except for the camera). In this case, we will work together to return or act on warranties together. We will need your help to print/pack/ship returns or warranty if needed.

I already have a webcam. Will this get me the same look?

By far, the piece of equipment most people have questions about is the camera. Simply put, no, your webcam is not going to give you the same cinematic look as the cameras we recommend in our Gear Guides. Read on for a technical explanation. 

I already have a particular piece of equipment I love. I don’t want to buy another one. Can I still use it?

Absolutely, feel free to. A lot of people come to us with a love of this or that that they’ve purchased in the past. We won’t stop you from using it! Just be aware, if something isn’t lining up from what you see on our website to what you’re using, it’s probably because of that piece of equipment. Is it going to make or break it for you? Probably not! Unless it’s the camera. See above. Webcams are not the same as a real camera!
