Welcome to GoodFrame. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and your interactions with any digital products or recommendations provided by GoodFrame.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our services or digital content, you agree to the following terms:


1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our services and recommendations. If you are not satisfied with the results of your GoodFrame service, we offer a full refund of the service fee under the following conditions:

  • You must request the refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase date.

  • You must provide evidence that you have followed the process and applied the recommendations provided as part of your service.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@goodframe.ca and include a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction.

If these criteria are met, GoodFrame will issue a full refund for the applicable service fee. This guarantee does not apply to any physical products or third-party gear purchases.


2. Gear Recommendations and Responsibility

GoodFrame may recommend certain gear and equipment as part of our service. All purchasing decisions remain solely with the customer. GoodFrame does not fulfill, resell, or ship gear directly.

By purchasing any recommended product, you acknowledge that:

  • You are entering into a direct purchase agreement with the retailer (e.g., Amazon), not GoodFrame.

  • Any issues related to product quality, warranty, shipping, or returns must be handled directly with the retailer.

  • Product warranties are the responsibility of the original manufacturer, and GoodFrame does not provide any additional warranties, express or implied.

GoodFrame is not liable for defective equipment, delivery issues, damage, or user error related to third-party products.


3. Digital Products

Digital products (e.g., downloadable PDFs, videos, or courses) are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold without written permission from GoodFrame. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.


4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall GoodFrame, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, digital products, or recommended gear.


5. Modifications

GoodFrame reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your agreement to the current version of these terms.
